How long before driving?

I am booked in to have Lasik Wavefront with optical express on Friday, my eyes are both -2.25 and I am fed up of contact lenses and glasses - I ride motorbikes and enjoy going camping and festivals, and it was on my list of things to do before I'm 30. ha ha. My lifestyle does not suit being shortsighted.

The cost of my eyes I managed to get them down to £1895 for both with Lasik wavefront (Originally priced around £2850 or something!) by using friend recommendations, family working discounts and a general blag (I went a few years ago to look into it, but didn't go ahead - they have sent me offers since)

I got it for Friday because I could have a couple of days to rest my eyes before going to work on monday with my new vision.
Will I be able to drive by monday? I have a follow up appointment on saturday after surgery I guess I should ask then.

I just want to know how long other people had for healing time after wavefront Lasik for a short prescription like mine.

Looking forward to doing you guys a treatment diary too. If I can see to type.

You may indeed be okay to drive within a few days, but it's not guaranteed. Even if given the go ahead to drive at that time, you'll probably find driving at night problematic while your eyes are recovering.
