Is re-treatment an option?

I had Ultra Plus almost 12 months ago in St. Albans. My right eye was brilliant, perfect vision and I am more than happy with it.
My left eye however did not have the same outcome. I recall the laser stopping mid way through the treatment, and immediately after the left eye
wasn't a clear in the vision. The imbalance improved as did the vision it went from -0.6 to about -0.25 although I've never had a formal eye test to
confirm.
The left eye feels strained now (possibly due to a different job doing different activities) and I'm noticing the imbalance more.
Has anyone out there had a similiar experience or has anyone gone back to Ultralase to complain and been offered re-treatment? As -0.25 is not too
bad, I'm expecting them to say it exceeds driving standard and there is nothing we can do.
Hope someone out there can advise if they've had a similar experience?
